Make Videos from PowerPoint Presentations

Wondershare PPT2DVD works as a stand-alone program under Windows. After you installed it in default settings, the PPT2DVD icon should be found on your desktop like this:

Double click it to launch PPT2DVD, then you see the welcome page (if you use the trial version, you should see a hint that tells you how to get the full benefit from the program on the welcome page).

1. On the first page, you choose an output format to convert your PowerPoint file to. PPT2DVD allows you to convert PPT files to four popular video formats AVI, WMV, MPEG-1 and MPEG-2.

2. Importing file
When you reach to the Import step, you see the following interface:

Click   to import the PowerPoint file from your hard drive. You may add only one PowerPoint file at one time, and the program will analyze the imported presentation.

3. Settings.
You may change some basic settings on this step. Usually, you do not need to change any settings for conversion.

Note: If the aspect ratio you choose is different from the one of the original PowerPoint file, your presentation will look distorted.

4. Play Options
PPT2DVD allows you to add delay at the end of each slide. All the slides in your presentation will advanced automatically after converted to videos, thus, if you did not set transition timing in your presentation, the converted video will look a little rush.

5. Menu Design
DVD menus empowers you to manipulate how the converted PowerPoint file plays. Title Menu Settings shows only when you have multiple files to be converted. Please choose a PowerPoint file which you want the settings to apply to from the Current File field. If you want to apply the settings to other files by default, after you confirm your settings, click .

6. Export
The output folder is the default folder that stores the output videos, you can also select a folder by yourself, after that, choose whether burn it to DVD or just convert it to DVD image file, then click "Convert" to start the conversion.
