To this point, Moyea PPT to DVD Burner Lite also can convert PowerPoint to High Definition DVD, but please note that the operation are all the same with converting PowerPoint to Standard DVD. And I take the later as the example in this tutorial.

 

Step 1. Install and Launch Moyea PPT to DVD Burner Lite
After install and launch Moyea PPT to DVD Burner Lite, please select the option of "Create Standard DVD" to execute PowerPoint to DVD conversion.

 

 

 

 

Step 2. Import files

Click "Next" to enter the "Import file" interface.

 

 

 

 

Click "Add" button to import PowerPoint files into the program, and up to 9 PowerPoint files can be added into the program for conversion at a time. Then you can click "Remove" to remove the checked PowerPoint file; click "Move Down" and "Move Up" to move the order of the checked file.

Meanwhile, double-click a PowerPoint file or click "Customize…" button; it would lead you to the "Edit Slide Property" interface. There you can customize the slides name and transition time of each slide for the selected PowerPoint file by double-clicking each item of "slide name" and "transition (sec)".

 

Step 3. Output DVD Options

Click "Next" to come to the "Output Options" interface.

 

 

 

 

This interface allows users selecting options of "Norm", "Mode", "Video Aspect Ratio", and "more Advanced Settings" for PowerPoint to DVD conversion.

Norm: Choose the right Norm for your DVD. Generally speaking, NTSC is suitable for users who live in America, and PAL is fit for the users who live in Europe. If you are not sure that, you can click "Help…" button to tell the program what your country is, so that the program can help you choose the correct norm.

Mode: Currently, we choose generate "Standard DVD". Click "More…" for the detail settings of "Aspect, Encode Size, and Display Size". Meanwhile, if HD-DVD is chosen for the output, the modes of "720p (1280x720)" and "1080p (1920x1080) would be available for choosing.

Video Aspect Ratio: Choose the aspect ratio for the output DVD file; 3 options are available for choose: 1:1, 4:3, 16:9.

 

Advanced Settings: Click "Advanced Settings" to let an interface pop-up. With this interface, users can set to ignore audios, set slide size, animation time, video quality, audio codec, DVD audio language code, and so on.

 

 

 

 

Slide Size: Select slide size later you play on TV. Keep the scale of the slides and adjust the window when playing or adjust the slide size to the requested.

 

 

 

 

Video Layout: Select different video layout. If your PowerPoint file is full of different elements, "Safe size" will be a good choice.

 

 

 

 

Video Quality: Higher video quality or smaller output files size? It's up to you. You have three choices and it's recommended that you choose "High Quality" to get the best result.

 

 

 

 

Audio Codec: Two audio codecs are listed here. Choose one that your DVD player supports. If you are not sure which audio codec your DVD player supports, just choose "AC3" as recommended, for "AC3" is the standard DVD audio codec.

 

 

 

 

DVD: Set DVD audio language code. Customize your DVD menu with different focused styles you like: Marked (Default) or Framed.

 

 

 

 

Conversion: Check to mute the audio file while converting PowerPoint to DVD. If the same name of output file exists, you can either choose to rename or override it.

 

Step 4. DVD Menu

Click to "Next" to come to "DVD Menu" interface. This interface is only applied to "Create DVD or HD-DVD" file.

 

 

 

 

Firstly, choose current presentation from the drop-down list. Secondly, choose one dvd menu template from the drop-down list, more than 15 kinds of brilliant menu templates can be available now. If you want to customize the menu yourself, you can click "Menu Design" button under the control bar for customizing, both "Main Menu" and "Title Menu" can be edited.

Moreover, you can also set Playback mode in this interface. There are three playback modes: automatically, manually or both.

In automatic mode, the "Loop play" will allow your slides continuing playback until you force it to stop. Each of the transition time (0.0~100.0s) can be set between slides, while the default one is 6 seconds.

In manual mode, the slides can be set shown in three ways: thumbnail view, list view or both.

 

(1) Main Menu: Click "Menu Design" under the Main Menu's control bar to edit its main menu.

 

 

 

 

Click each frame in the title, you can set the background fill, background music, frame style, icon style, style of the focused menu item and menu properties easily.
Have finished these settings, you can click" Preview…" button to preview the menu.

(2) Title Menu: Click "Menu Design" under the Title Menu's control bar to edit its main menu. It is recommended to set playback Mode firstly as it will influence the titles in DVD strongly.

 

 

 

 

After customizing these options, click "Edit Title Menu…" button to edit title menu. In it, all the settings are the same as in the "Main Menu".

 

Step 5. Music

This PowerPoint to DVD and PowerPoint to video converter allow adding any quantities of background music to the output file with auto mode and manual mode.

(1) Auto Mode: This lets you configure audio under auto playback mode.

 

 

 

 

Click to add audio file; Select the audio and click to test the effect; if you do not satisfy with the audio you added, select the audio and remove it by clicking .

After adding the music file, you are allowed to check to ignore the audios in the current presentation in auto-play mode and truncate the music if it is longer video or not.

(2) Manual Mode: This lets you configure audio under manual playback mode.

 

 

 

 

Under manual mode, all the operations are most the same as "Auto Mode".

 

Step 6. Burn to Disc

To burn DVD file, firstly you should select an output file folder to save the file.

 

 

 

 

Under Burn to Disc

Be sure that you have a DVD burner available on your computer and insert a writeable DVD Disc.

Volume Lable: Rename the volume lable whatever you like.

Under Create DVD image file

You can also choose to create DVD image file, so next time you can directly burn the image file to DVD by using a third-part burn program.
ISO File: You can change the directory for saving ISO File.
Volume Lable: Rename the volume lable whatever you like.

Note: When conversion is finished, you may make DVD disc from the DVD image file by using the third-party burning software.

After completing all the settings, click to start the conversion.

 

 

 

 

You will see the window appears as above when process completes, the output directory of your converted video will show as hyperlink, you may directly click on it to view your DVD file.

Conversion time will show.
