Leawo PowerPoint to DVD Tutorial – How to Convert PPT to Video

Leawo PowerPoint to DVD is as well ideal for converting PowerPoint to video. This section focuses on how to convert your PowerPoint presentations to various video formats (e.g., MPEG, AVI, MP4, MOV and 3GP)with excellent quality. Before importing a presentation, you should perform the following:

Install and Launch Leawo PowerPoint to DVD
Download Leawo PowerPoint to DVD and install it on your computer. After you install it with default settings (output format defaulted as Standard DVD), launch to enter the main interface as follows:

1. Import files
Click Add or Import to import a PPT file or more from your local drive. Up to 12 files can be added into one project by sequence.

Click on a presentation, and you may see the analysis result of it below (i.e. File Information). Click Customize to edit the slide property.   Transition time between slides: Specifies how long each slide is displayed (6 seconds by default). 2. Set Output Options
This software provides three common formats for your output files. Please set the output as Convert to Video File. You will see the following interface:

Video Format
Style: Select a style from the drop-down list as you like. You are offered with 11 distinctive options.
Profile: Features with 7 separate types.
Click  to enter the following profile box, which allows you to make specific settings for the output profile and style. Note that the Profile changes depending on the Style.

Advanced Settings
Click on Advanced Settings to set more items. You can choose to ignore audios, select a slide size for later use on portable devices, and to mute the conversion.

3. Add Background Music
Click Music to enter the following interface:

In the Playback No Background Music field, double click any serial number to add an audio file from your drive. The music will be played in automatic mode.
Click  to add another piece of music, or  to record a narration. Select the specified audio and click  to test its effect.
If you are not satisfied with the current music, select it and remove by clicking.
Note: You are subject to add 1 music file only.

4. Add watermark for output video & set video layout

To make a change on your video presentation, click on the Logo tab. There are two parts: Logo and Video Layout.
Under the Logo section, click Add in the File (s) field to input an image as watermark (logo) for the output video.
In the Video Layout dropdown, resize and fill the file margin as necessary.5. Export Video Files
Click Burn and the following interface appears:

You can specify a name for each output video file on the task list. Click Start, and a warning message is prompted as follows:

Click OK to start processing.

Processing
You can see the processing progress in Task list with all the tasks and their status exposed.

The elapsed time is shown on the right of each task. The process may take some time. It depends on the configuration of your computer, the complexity of the PPT file, the working condition of your system, etc. It is highly recommended that you close all unnecessary programs during the conversion.

When it is completed, the Finish pane appears, suggesting the whole conversion is done.  Click Finish to exit the pane. You can view the output video files or start another project.
